These Terms of Service govern your use of the CT Media website and any services provided by Conrad Taube operating as CT Media, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using this website or engaging CT Media for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
CT Media provides digital marketing services including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising management, lead generation systems, content creation, and related services for real estate professionals and local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each client engagement are outlined in a separate service agreement signed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to the accounts, assets, and information reasonably required to deliver the services, to maintain their own ad spend payments directly with the advertising platforms, and to respond to leads generated by campaigns in a timely manner.
Payment
Fees and payment schedules are defined in each client's service agreement. Unless otherwise stated there, invoices are due upon receipt. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is separate from CT Media's fees.
No guarantee of results
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer, pricing, and follow-up speed. Except where expressly stated in a signed service agreement, CT Media does not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, or revenue.
Intellectual property
Ad creative, copy, and systems produced by CT Media for a client's engagement may be used by that client for the duration of the engagement. CT Media retains the right to reuse general frameworks, processes, and know-how.
Use of client results for marketing
CT Media may reference anonymized campaign results in its own marketing. We will not use a client's name or identifying details without permission.
SMS communications
By submitting your phone number through this website and consenting to contact, you agree to receive calls and text messages from CT Media related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CT Media's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. CT Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes. All site content is owned by CT Media and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
